Andrew Auslander Mr. Auslander has over two decades of experience in Finance and Risk Management working in several roles with global financial institutions. He is an expert in repo trading of Latin American and Eastern European bonds. He was responsible for managing customer credit risk, interest rate risk, and funding risk for twelve years and has negotiated and reviewed hundreds of Global Master Repurchase Agreements (“GMRA”), Global Master Securities Lending Agreement (“GMSLA”), ISDA Master Agreement and Credit Support Annex (“CSA”).
Craig Wolson Mr. Wolston specializes in derivatives, structured finance/securitization, finance, and legal malpractice matters. His experience includes asset-backed securities (ABS) of various types, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), mortgage-backed securities (MBS), collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), credit default swaps (CDS), interest rate swaps, credit-linked notes (CLNs), repo agreements, securities fraud and legal malpractice. As a transactional attorney he has been an Associate, Special Counsel or Partner at several of the leading transactional law firms in the United States.
