A reminder that the University Club is currently requiring masks indoors regardless of vaccination status while not actively eating/drinking and that attendees practice physical distancing. You can read more about their protocols here. All attendees and speakers will be required to complete a standard liability release and Health Certification Form online each morning, confirming they are not experiencing Covid-19 symptoms and, to their knowledge, have not had exposure. The Health Certification is the same form and process that FINRA is using for their in-person hearings. Notices were sent to members September 2nd and September 10th.

Member Registration $700
The registered member fee includes participation in the annual membership meeting; all conference sessions; Friday lunch, cocktail hour, and dinner; and Saturday breakfast and lunch.
Spouse/Guest Registration $300
The spouse/guest registration fee includes Friday lunch, cocktail hour, dinner; Saturday breakfast. The fee does not include conference materials, attendance at any scheduled meetings or breaks or Saturday lunch.

As in recent years, we hope to schedule a Saturday event for guests to participate while members are in the conference sessions. Stay tuned!

Non-Member Expert (Invitation Only) $800
The registered non-member fee includes participation in the annual membership meeting; all conference sessions; Friday lunch, cocktail hour, and dinner; and Saturday breakfast and lunch.
Early registration deadline is July 23, 2021. Members registered by July 23rd will receive the Saturday night dinner at no additional cost, usually an additional fee ($125 value). Registrations after July 23rd will have an additional charge of $125 for Saturday night dinner.
Meeting Registration Cancelation Policy
Refunds for cancelations received in writing will be reduced on a pro-rated basis according to the terms of the SER contract with the University Club, with financial obligations increasing on July 23, August 23, September 9 and September 19, 2021. No refunds will be offered for cancellations after September 19, 2021. The SER reserves the right to show mercy for a family or personal emergency.
If the SER cancels the conference for any reason at anytime, SER members who have paid the registration fee will receive a 100% refund.
