This year SER members will gather at the Sofitel Hotels & Resorts in Washington D.C. for their Annual Membership Meeting & 2024 Conference. Located in Lafayette Squre, the Sofitel is currently nominated for the prestigious Conde Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards 2024 and was voted as a Top Ten Hotel in Travel & Leisure's World's Best in 2023. Home to the Nation's Capital, downtown D.C. is full of history, attractions, shopping and dining including National Monuments & Memorials, as well as Museums & Art Galleries. Held over two days, the SER conference provides in-depth presentations and discussions related to experts' experiences in financial industry related dispute resolution, as well as one-on-one conversations and networking opportunities.

Spouse/Guest Registration: The spouse/guest registration fee includes Friday lunch, cocktail hour, dinner; Saturday breakfast. The fee does not include conference materials, attendance at any scheduled meetings or breaks or Saturday lunch.
Meeting Refund/Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing on or before June 24, 2024, will receive a full refund less a $100 per person processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 24, 2024. If SER cancels the conference for any reason at any time, SER members who have paid the registration fee will receive a 100% refund.

Please identify yourself as being with Securities Experts Roundtable to receive the contracted rate. HOTEL CUTOFF DATE: A limited number of rooms have been blocked and availability is offered on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is FRIDAY, JULY 6, 2024. Reservation requests exceeding the room block OR received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date, will be accepted based on a space and rate available basis only.
AIRPORT OPTIONS: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is 4.2 miles from the Sofitel Hotel, less than a 15 minute car ride, depending on traffic. Washington Dulles International Airport is 27 miles from the Sofitel Hotel. Allow at least 30 minutes to get to the hotel depending on traffic, depending on traffic. Uber, Lyft or Taxis are available at each.
Public Transportation: From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, take the Blue Line exiting at the McPherson Square Metrorail Station. Follow the signs for 14th & I Streets, exiting via 14th St NW & Zei Alley NW at SE Corner. It is a six minute walk to The Sofitel. From Washington Dulles Metrorail Station, take the Silver Line, exiting at the McPherson Square Metrorail Station (see above).
