Two-Day Program in Clearwater, Florida Offers Practical Suggestions for Succeeding as Expert Witnesses
Update - October 2018
October 1, 2018
Some 28 members responded to our Annual Conference Survey so I thought I’d share the final results with you.
• Approximately 78 percent of members rated the Conference excellent while 22 percent rated it very good. There were no lower ratings than very good.
Suggestions for future topics included panels or presentations on criminal cases, regulatory and state proceedings, elder law issues and a judge providing their insights about experts from the bench.
This year we got terrific coverage in an article by Rick Ryder in the Securities Arbitration Commentator (SAC). The article was also their blog pick which receives 5,000 unique vistors per month. Rick’s comments can be found at this link. In addition, our first of four advertisements ran in SAC's ArbCheck Update that is emailed to a highly targeted audience of attorneys. We will be closely monitoring our traffic.
As always, let me know if you have ideas to improve SER or want to become more actively involved. New leadership has always brought fresh approaches and innovation.
Event Guide and photos can be accessed from the Past Conferences tab. Conference materials can be accessed in the Library section (upper right hand corner) once you are logged in.
